You asked we acted: anyone can be the recipient
Digitization is a challenge in itself, which is why we are committed to providing the TrustChain Platform with the easiest-to-use tools for your e-signature and business processes. Let's summarize some news.
In recent weeks, access to received, shared, and private documents on the TrustChain Platform has already begun to separate. This time, we went one step further and made document sharing completely independent from your contacts on the Platform.
What does this mean?
Previously, a partnership was required between the parties (such as belonging to a specific company account) to send documents for signing within the Platform. With Sign&Send, you can now send a document to anyone for signing, regardless of whether users are partners with each other on the TrustChain Platform.
Enter the e-mail address with which the user has signed up and successfully identified on the Platform and send the document for e-signature easily. Only the author and signatories of the document will be granted access if you use this method.
If you look around the Platform, you can see that the user account has also been renewed, in addition to the design change, details are also better separated from each other, thus making it easier to navigate.
Furthermore, we have separated the Identification and Certification process. The former is important because you can start using your e-signature only after identification. Certification is important if you want to access the full functionality of the Platform, for example, to appear in the Partner Search and use SimpleContract, which also allows you to monitor contracts.
The Certification Process can only be performed by a senior executive of the given company registered in the public register of companies with the right of independent representation. Currently, the Certification Process is available for Hungarian and Czech companies.
